making heart centered art

our time together will be so much more than just a photo session. if you let it, it can be life giving, empowering, and deeply connecting, too.

our time together will be wildly fun, definitely inspiring - and fully centered around you. let’s create art with intention - it can be shifting in ways that are beyond words. and... the best part about our time together?

we get to create within a container that’s unique and authentic to you

are you feeling some kind of way because you’ve never been in front of the camera before? haha well, guess what! about 95% of my work has been created with other humans who have been in the exact same boat as you.

because, here’s the thing - i’m just here to document you - feeling ya self, being ya self, stepping into ya self. i will help you naturally draw out that confidence, that sparkle, that personality and light. i will guide you in a way that feels intuitive and authentic to you, and at the end of the day, i strive for all my sessions to feel more like a playdate with co-creation - than anything else.

let’s do the damn thing, shall we?

i'm here to give you something tangible that you can look back on, forever.

sweet words from past clients..

“haley is a dream. an absolute artist and the nicest most fluid and easy human being and photographer you will ever work with. my husband and i honeymooned in portland and suddenly, my dreams came true. she bent over backwards to make our shoot happen and i’ve never had more fun! in the pouring rain she captured our love in such a raw and natural light that i will cherish forever, not just the pictures, but the experience as a whole. i cannot and will never stop talking about how incredible haley is as a human and an artist. book her. book her now because you will never have a more fun, natural, easy experience with your new favorite person. she’ll make you feel like you’ve known each other for years and when you get your pictures back you’ll fall in love even more. i will FOREVER cherish these photos of my husband and i and will never stop looking at them. thank you, haley. thank you a million times. i really hope we can do it again some day.”

“getting in front of a camera as a human is hard let alone as a trans human. to have a session with haley is to have a session with an invitation to come as you are and to be witnessed in your entirety. a refreshing experience to have as a queer person! they offer safety and warmth that lead to a flow of creative risk and collaboration and the reward are photos that capture the essence of just that. i’m so grateful for the two portrait sessions i’ve had with them and to see the growth in both myself and their art and to have tangible proof of it is such a gift.
magic magic magic. absolute queer magic.”

“working with haley is probably the best experience i've had with a photographer EVER. she is professional, organized, efficient and most importantly so supportive of capturing the vision you wish to embody. she's an amazing collaborator when it comes to vision boarding, location finding, time management and being an overall amazing and friendly person! i've done a couple photo shoots with her, one in studio, and one in nature - both are memories i will cherish for a lifetime, not to mention the photos turned out absolutely amazing - better than i could have imagined. she is such a joy to be around, and it makes being comfortable in front of the camera so much easier. thank you haley for being amazing at what you do, and being such a pleasure to be around. can't wait to book another shoot. she's worth every penny and then some!”

— haley faringer

“haley was one of the sweetest most kind people i’ve ever gotten the pleasure to meet. she gave me clear instructions and made me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. i've always been a bit self-conscious about being photographed, but haley's reassuring presence and positive attitude put me at ease. she made me feel confident and beautiful, and it really showed in the final product. haley is so incredibly sweet and personable!”

— julia stafford

“haley is a space holder magician. facilitating depth and captured presence, haley fosters the safety to feel free to express the unseen layers of your soul. moments in time captured on film… i am forever grateful for the beautiful collection of photos haley curated for a special moment in time in my life. thank you for seeing me. for being a mirror, a lens, and a massive part of this monumental chapter of my life locked in the DOPEST time capsule… your art. if you’re thinking of working with haley… just do it - you won’t regret it.”

— danae hillberg

“haley is an incredibly talented photographer and the sweetest person. we just got our engagement photos back and we are so happy with them! she made us feel so comfortable during the session despite the fact that we are definitely not naturals in front of the camera. her communication from booking to delivery is clear, kind, and frequent which is not something you get with most photographers. i 100 percent recommend haley and can't say enough good things about her.”
