within (1) week of purchasing, i will contact you via email with:

1. scheduling options: these are first come, first serve. please be mindful that these are my only available times, so make sure you can fit one into your schedule. most folks tend to book at least 3+ weeks out. if you do a payment plan, payment #2 is due before our session.

   once a date is set, a zoom link will be sent for you to use for our meeting.

2. a questionnaire: this allows me to prepare accordingly and ensures we maximize our time together. i want you leaving feeling supported, informed and inspired.
